BẢN TIẾNG VIỆT
ANTRONICPRO™ (sau đây gọi là “Ứng dụng”, “chúng tôi”) là một tiện ích bổ sung (Google Workspace™ Add-on) hoạt động bên trong Google Sheets™, hỗ trợ quản lý chi phí, bóc tách dự toán và kiểm soát vật tư cho các dự án xây dựng. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và chia sẻ những dữ liệu nào khi bạn cài đặt và sử dụng Ứng dụng. Bằng việc cài đặt hoặc sử dụng Ứng dụng, bạn đồng ý với Chính sách Bảo mật này.
Ứng dụng yêu cầu các phạm vi quyền (scope) tối thiểu cần thiết sau đây từ Tài khoản Google™ của bạn:

Đọc và ghi dữ liệu chỉ trên bảng tính hiện tại mà Ứng dụng đang được mở. Ứng dụng không truy cập bất kỳ tệp Google Drive™ nào khác.

Đọc địa chỉ email Tài khoản Google™ chính của bạn, chỉ phục vụ tính năng Đề xuất vật tư: (a) ghi email của bạn vào ô “Người đề xuất” trên Phiếu (nằm trong bảng tính của bạn); (b) gửi kèm lên Web App làm mã định danh duy nhất của người đề xuất — Web App dùng email này để đối chiếu với tài khoản nhân viên đã đăng ký và nhận diện đúng người tạo phiếu (nếu email không khớp nhân viên nào, phiếu sẽ không được tiếp nhận). Email không được dùng cho việc kiểm tra bản quyền.
Dữ liệu định danh được thu thập: Mã bản quyền (License Key), ID bảng tính (Spreadsheet ID) và địa chỉ email Tài khoản Google™ của bạn.
Chúng tôi chỉ sử dụng dữ liệu nêu trên để cung cấp và vận hành các chức năng cốt lõi của Ứng dụng (xác thực bản quyền, tính toán ngân sách/báo cáo, gửi báo cáo, tạo phiếu đề xuất). Chúng tôi KHÔNG:
Sử dụng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo hướng đối tượng;
Bán hoặc cho thuê dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba, môi giới dữ liệu;
Sử dụng dữ liệu để xác định khả năng tín dụng hoặc cho mục đích cho vay;
Sử dụng dữ liệu Google của bạn để huấn luyện các mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI/ML) tổng quát.
Ứng dụng vận hành chủ yếu tại máy của bạn (client-side). Chúng tôi không sao lưu hay truyền nội dung bảng tính của bạn lên máy chủ của chúng tôi. Tuy nhiên, một số chức năng do bạn chủ động kích hoạt sẽ gửi một phần dữ liệu giới hạn tới các điểm đến sau:
Khi kiểm tra hiệu lực bản quyền, Ứng dụng gửi Mã bản quyền và ID bảng tính tới máy chủ quản trị (chạy trên hạ tầng script.google.com của Google™). Không có nội dung bảng tính nào được gửi đi.
Chỉ khi bạn tự cấu hình Bot Token và Chat ID của riêng mình và chủ động bấm gửi, nội dung báo cáo tài chính tóm tắt sẽ được gửi qua kết nối mã hóa (HTTPS) tới api.telegram.org và chỉ đến đúng cuộc trò chuyện Telegram™ mà bạn đã cấu hình. Telegram™ là dịch vụ của bên thứ ba và việc sử dụng tuân theo chính sách của Telegram™.
Khi bạn sử dụng tính năng “Gửi Đề Xuất Lên Web App”, Ứng dụng gửi các dữ liệu sau tới điểm cuối app.antronicpro.com.vn (hiện vận hành trên hạ tầng đám mây Vercel™, được bảo vệ bằng khóa API):
Tên phiếu đề xuất, ngày yêu cầu, mức độ ưu tiên;
Địa chỉ email Tài khoản Google™ của người đề xuất — Web App dùng email này làm mã định danh để đối chiếu với danh sách nhân viên đã đăng ký; nếu email không trùng nhân viên nào thì phiếu sẽ bị từ chối;
Danh sách vật tư: mã hiệu, tên vật tư, khối lượng, đơn vị tính, đơn giá.
Tính năng này chỉ chạy khi bạn chủ động thao tác. Nếu bạn không sử dụng tính năng “Đề xuất vật tư”, không có dữ liệu nào được gửi tới điểm cuối này.
Cấu hình của bạn được lưu cục bộ ở cấp tài liệu/người dùng thông qua PropertiesService và CacheService của Google Apps Script™, bao gồm: Mã bản quyền, mã API của Web App, cấu hình Telegram™ (Bot Token, Chat ID) và trạng thái giao diện tạm thời. Mã API / ID Key Dự án này do Quản trị viên tự nhập từ Web App của bạn (không phải dữ liệu thu thập từ Tài khoản Google™), và chỉ dùng để xác thực yêu cầu gửi lên Web App. Kết quả xác thực bản quyền được lưu cache tạm thời (tối đa 6 giờ) để giảm số lần gọi mạng. Ngoài các phiếu đề xuất bạn chủ động gửi lên Web App (được lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu của Web App để phục vụ quy trình phê duyệt — xem Mục 4(c)), chúng tôi không sao lưu hay lưu trữ nội dung bảng tính chung của bạn.
Mọi giao tiếp với dịch vụ bên ngoài đều qua kết nối mã hóa HTTPS. Yêu cầu tới Web App Đề xuất được bảo vệ bằng khóa API. Mã bản quyền và cấu hình được lưu trong vùng lưu trữ riêng của tài liệu, không công khai.
Bạn có thể gỡ cài đặt Ứng dụng bất kỳ lúc nào; khi đó quyền truy cập sẽ bị thu hồi. Để yêu cầu xóa các dữ liệu định danh mà chúng tôi lưu giữ (Mã bản quyền, ID bảng tính, và email người đề xuất đã gửi lên Web App), vui lòng gửi email tới vantrong.civil.2013@gmail.com. Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý trong thời gian hợp lý.
Việc Ứng dụng ANTRONICPRO™ sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ các API của Google™ cho bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác sẽ tuân thủ Chính sách Dữ liệu Người dùng của Dịch vụ API của Google (Google API Services User Data Policy), bao gồm cả các yêu cầu về Sử dụng Hạn chế (Limited Use).

ENGLISH VERSION
ANTRONICPRO™ (the “App”, “we”, “us”) is a Google Workspace™ Add-on that runs inside Google Sheets™ to help manage costs, cost estimation and material control for construction projects. This Policy explains what data we access, use, store and share when you install and use the App. By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
The App requests the following minimum necessary scopes from your Google Account™:

Read and write data only in the current spreadsheet where the App is open. The App does not access any other Google Drive™ files.

Display the user interface (menus, dialogs, sidebars) inside Google Sheets™.

Send network requests to external services: the license server, Telegram™, and the Material Proposal Web App (see Section 4).

Store your configuration (license key, API key, Telegram™ settings) using the Google Apps Script™ PropertiesService.

Create and manage time-based triggers (e.g. sending a daily report at the time you set).

Read your primary Google Account™ email address solely for the Material Proposal feature: (a) write your email into the “Requester” field of the proposal sheet (inside your spreadsheet); (b) send it to the Web App as the requester’s unique identifier — the Web App uses this email to match a registered employee account and identify the proposal’s author (if the email matches no employee, the proposal is rejected). The email is not used for license verification.
Identifiers collected: License Key, Spreadsheet ID, and your Google Account™ email address.
We use the data above solely to provide and operate the App’s core features (license verification, budget/report calculation, report delivery, proposal creation). We do NOT: use data for targeted advertising; sell or rent data to third parties or data brokers; use data for credit/lending decisions; or use your Google data to train generalized AI/ML models.
The App runs primarily client-side. We do not back up or transmit your spreadsheet content to our servers. However, certain features you actively trigger send a limited subset of data to the following destinations:
To verify your license, the App sends your License Key and Spreadsheet ID to an administration endpoint hosted on Google’s script.google.com infrastructure. No spreadsheet content is sent.
Only when you configure your own Bot Token and Chat ID and actively send, a summarized financial report is sent over HTTPS to api.telegram.org and only to the Telegram™ chat you configured.
When you use the “Send Proposal to Web App” feature, the App sends the following to app.antronicpro.com.vn (currently running on Vercel™ cloud infrastructure, protected by an API key): proposal title, requested date, priority, the requester’s Google Account™ email (used by the Web App as the identifier to match a registered employee — proposals from an unrecognized email are rejected), and the material list (item code, name, quantity, unit, unit price). This feature only runs upon your explicit action.
Your configuration is stored locally at document/user level via Google Apps Script™ PropertiesService and CacheService, including: License Key, Web App API key, Telegram™ settings, and transient UI state. This Web App API key / Project ID Key is entered manually by the Administrator from your Web App (it is not data collected from your Google Account™) and is used solely to authenticate requests sent to the Web App. License verification results are cached temporarily (up to 6 hours). Apart from the material proposals you actively submit to the Web App (stored in the Web App’s database to operate the approval workflow — see Section 4(c)), we do not back up or store your general spreadsheet content.
All communication with external services uses encrypted HTTPS. Requests to the Proposal Web App are protected by an API key. License keys and settings are stored in the document’s private storage.
You may uninstall the App at any time to revoke access. To request deletion of the identifiers we hold (License Key, Spreadsheet ID, and the requester email submitted to the Web App), email vantrong.civil.2013@gmail.com.

The App is a professional project-management tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
